Here we created upward mobility for those in our neighborhoods by offering them GED classes in order to improve their lives and those of their children through education. Also working closely with TC3 through our developing Pre Apprenticeship program we are able to have the resources necessary for the educational upward mobility of our lower income youth and adult educational pursuitists,

Our open classes are held throughout the fall and winter seasons. Our continuous enrollment is preferably held for those who are involved and registered into our Pre Apprenticeship program. We hope to someday soon have the staff to continue to help our youth and our adults in low income areas that find it hard to fin resources for tutoring or transportation to so many things that may be essential to their ability to obtain a diploma. We hope to help eliminate the gaps that seem to plague so many in the low income residential demographic.

OSHA 10-hour training teaches basic safety and health information to entry-level workers in construction and general industry. It is part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program, which explains serious workplace hazards, workers' rights, employer responsibilities and how to file an OSHA complaint.

Training to obtain an OSHA safety certification is largely voluntary, but some state jurisdictions, employers, and unions make it mandatory. It’s important to check with them before enrolling in OSHA 10- or OSHA 30-hour training.

That said, all workers can benefit from training. The OSHA 30- or OSHA 10-hour training program can be used by employers as a means to introduce workplace safety hazards and the rights of workers under OSHA.

If you work in an industry that requires OSHA training and you are responsible for worker safety, then you should consider OSHA 30-hour training. The certification is ideal for site leads, supervisors, engineers, safety specialists, and project managers. All entry-level workers in construction or in the general industry may consider taking an OSHA 10-hour training course.
